Arts

The Arts are central to the Sacred Heart Greenwich experience both in the development of the whole student and in the building of community. Beginning in preschool, opportunities abound for our students to engage in artistic practice—whether in the visual arts, music, chorus, drama or dance. In addition to attending regular classes, students often work in small groups, or individually, with teachers who specialize in the field. Academic classes frequently collaborate with the arts department on projects, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary thematic work. Students showcase their work regularly through performance and exhibition.
