Leadership Academy

The Sacred Heart Greenwich Leadership Academy empowers students to develop the essential skills, confidence, and mindset to become leaders in their communities and beyond. Grounded in the Sacred Heart Goals, this comprehensive program fosters personal growth, ethical decision-making, collaboration, and a commitment to service.

Program Highlights

  • Lower School Rising Stars: Through the Rising Stars video series, offered as part of Tiger Time after-school programming, Lower School students explore leadership through engaging stories, reflection, and age-appropriate activities. Students are encouraged to recognize their strengths, learn from inspiring leaders, and begin to see themselves as leaders who can make a positive difference in their communities.

Middle School Mini-Courses: Middle School students build foundational leadership skills through a specially designed sixth-grade mini-course that encourages them to identify their strengths, develop confidence, and explore what it means to lead with purpose. Hands-on workshops, guest speakers, and real-world experiences provide additional opportunities to practice leadership and put their skills into action.

Upper School Integration: Through Advisory, all students participate in the four-year Leadership Academy, a progressive program that deepens their understanding of leadership through workshops, guest speakers, and culminating projects

By participating in the Leadership Academy, Sacred Heart Greenwich students are inspired to embrace their unique gifts, take initiative, and lead with purpose, aligning with the Sacred Heart mission to shape individuals of courage and confidence.
