Welcome Events for New Families

The Sacred Heart Parents' Association Hospitality Committee invites new students and their families to meet current families who have volunteered to be a resource as you transition into our community. We hope to see you on campus at one of the following Welcome parties!

Barat Center and Kindergarten: Wednesday, May 31 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Grades 1 - 4: Thursday, June 1 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Grades 5 - 8: Wednesday, June 7 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Grades 9 - 12: Monday, June 5 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

"Success at Sacred Heart" program for new Middle School Students

Tuesday, August 22 - Thursday, August 24: 8:30 am - 11:30 am

All students new to Middle School are invited to this program. These sessions are designed to help students transition smoothly into our Middle School, as they begin building connections and feel confident before the first day of school. Registration details will follow later this spring.

Upper School Orientation: Wednesday, August 30, 10:00 am - 11:30 am
- 9th Grade Overnight Bonding Trip: Wednesday, August 30, immediately following Orientation - Thursday, August 31, 5:00 pm
Lower School Orientation: Thursday, August 31, 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Monday, August 21: 8:30 am - 11:00 am and 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm (Meeting for all teams at 8:00 am in the Athletic Center)
Tuesday, August 22: 8:30 am - 11:00 am
Wednesday, August 23: 8:30 am - 11:00 am and 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Thursday, August 24: 8:30 am - 11:00 am
Friday, August 25: 8:30 am - 11:00 am

Week 2

Varsity Field Hockey, Soccer and Volleyball will have scrimmages/play days on Saturday, September 2.

Both weeks of preseason practices are mandatory for Upper School students planning to play a fall sport, unless otherwise noted.
