The Taylor Allen Fund for the Teaching of English
Established in 1999 by Victoria Taylor Allen H’13 in honor of Eileen O’Gorman, RSCJ, professor emerita, Manhattanville College, to support the teaching of English in the Upper School.
The St. Madeleine Sophie Barat Endowment Fund
Established in 2000 to provide unrestricted funds in support of the School’s programs. Established by the proceeds of the Fifth Trustees’ Dinner honoring the Dolce, Heffernan, Finnegan, and Coakley families.
The Barat Foundation Endowment
Established in 2004 to form the student-run foundation to expand student education on philanthropy, community service, and money management.
The Hannah Barry Art Prize
Established in 2007 by Patricia Ryan Barry ‘63 and Thomas Barry in memory of their children, Hannah and Ryan.
The Endowment for Community Outreach
Established in 1995 to support community outreach programs from the proceeds of the Fourth Trustees’ Dinner honoring past chairs of the board of Trustees, past headmistresses, and the School’s fifty years in Greenwich.
The Community Service/Peace and Justice Endowment Fund
Established in 1990 to support a variety of community service and outreach programs by past parents Thomas and Norma McGarry. As a member of the faculty, Norma directed the community service program for twenty years.
The Marcia T. Dealy ’48 Endowment for Books, Science and Technology
Established in 1994 by Mr. and Mrs. George J. Gillespie, III (Eileen Dealy ‘49) in memory of Eileen’s sister, Marcia. Subsequent proceeds from the Sixth Trustees’ Dinner honoring Mr. and Mrs. Gillespie were included.
The Comtesse Nathalie d’Esterno Endowment for Excellence in French
Established in 2003 with a gift in her memory for the La Comtesse Nathalie d’Esterno Prix d’Excellence, presented annually to a senior who demonstrates high proficiency in French, and gives evidence of a love of the French language and culture beyond the classroom.
The Nora Falk Endowment
Established in 2007 in memory of Nora Falk, who was a Middle School student at the School.
The Edward E. Ford Fund for Global Education and Interfaith Dialogue
Established in 2007 with funds raised by double matching the foundation’s challenge grant of $50,000. The endowment supports global education opportunities and interfaith learning activities.

Established in 1999 to support the use of technology to enhance the curriculum in all grades.
The Pamela Juan Hayes '64 Endowment Fund
Established in 2021 to generously support launching FUTURES. FUTURES is a mindset, rooted in the Goals and Criteria, that equips Sacred Heart Greenwich girls K-12 through interdisciplinary programming to build a foundation in financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Through robust academic study, hands-on projects, financial simulations, and career exploration, girls develop the agility, aspiration, and empathy to reimagine solutions, navigate the world of business, and, more broadly, flourish in an evolving world.

Established in 1992 in support of the Science program by Dr. Jasper Kane. This gift is in honor of his sister, Evelyn Kane, RSCJ, on the 50th anniversary of her entrance into the Society of the Sacred Heart.
The Margaret Maher Magnetti Memorial Endowment Fund
Established in 2003 in memory of Margaret Maher Magnetti to support the happiness of the children.
The Mara Family Endowment for Women’s Athletics
Established in 1991 to benefit the School’s athletic activities. Established by the proceeds from the First Trustees’ Dinner honoring Ann and Wellington T. Mara and their family.
The Muccia Family Fund for Religion
Established in 1990 by Margo and Carrol Muccia, Jr. to support the teaching of religion (through student retreats, speakers, workshops, etc.).
The John C. Newton Endowment Fund for Music
Established in 2010 by Robert and Lisa Miller in memory of Lisa’s grandfather, John C. Newton, to support the music program.
The Mary O’Haver Endowment Fund
Established in 2003 to provide unrestricted funds in support of the School’s programs. Established by Russ O’Haver in honor of his mother, Mary O’Haver, in recognition of her many years of unselfish work and devotion to the school and church of St. Columbia parish in Oxon Hill, Maryland, and her love for her granddaughters, Kirsten and Briana.

Established in 2013 by the estate of Marguerite Pasley and executor Hugh A. Markey in support of charitable purposes and the student pilgrimage to Lourdes.
