The Soccer program at Sacred Heart continues to grow and thrive with a strong group of student-athletes from 5th to 12th grades, MS to Varsity. Soccer was our largest 2019 - 2020 fall sport with 100 student-athletes involved in the program. The energy around the soccer program is contagious and exciting, and we are excited to continue to build on it in years to come at every level.
Varsity Soccer made history as they finished the FAA regular season 7-1 - earning them the FAA Regular Season Championship title for the first time since 1986! They also posted big program wins this year, including a first-ever win over Loomis Chaffee.
JV Soccer placed 2nd in the FAA JV Tournament after a strong season, finishing 10-4-0. This team is a great example of the depth and athleticism in our soccer program.
7/8 A Soccer made history at the MS level, with program wins over MS FAA teams and local public schools that we had not previously beaten. They went undefeated with a 8-0 record!
7/8 B soccer was another great example of the depth of skill and athleticism in the 7th and 8th grade classes. They demonstrated hard work and grit in every game, and we look forward to these students continuing to contribute to our soccer program in years to come.
6th Grade Green Soccer demonstrated continued depth in our soccer student-athletes, also finishing undefeated at 6-0!
5th grade soccer was one of our most popular offerings for this grade in its inaugural season. Their last game was one of their best and most exciting, when they played 9v9 against Whitby School and ended in a tie 3-3!
