As we prepare for the upcoming academic year, please take time to visit the Student and Parent Portals on the school website where you will find essential information for the beginning of school. Please read everything carefully, including the updated Handbook and make sure to update/sign all necessary forms.
The Sacred Heart Greenwich Student Handbook provides detailed information about important SHG policies and procedures and all aspects of life in the Upper School.
The updated handbook will be available later in August and will be shared with the entire community.

Individual Student Schedules:
Individual student schedules will be available to students on the Student Portal mid-August. Look for an email from your Academic Dean when the schedules are posted.
To find your schedule- Log in; navigate to “My Day,” and then click on “My Schedule..” Student advisors will be noted on the top of the student’s schedule.
In order for students to excel individually and in order for us to cultivate a strong community, it is essential for students to be present in school.
Attendance will be recorded at the beginning of every period, including morning meeting. Students are expected to be on time and attend every scheduled period in their program. This includes all classes, morning meeting, advisory, chapel, goals and clubs. Students are also expected to attend events that are deemed mandatory such as all school assemblies, liturgies, retreats, field day and prize day.
If a student is absent, tardy or has an early dismissal, a parent/guardian must report this information by 8:00 am using the Student Absent Tracker found in the Parent Portal.
Books, Supplies & Computers
The book list is on the school website where books can be ordered for the first day of classes. If you are a recipient of tuition assistance, please contact Katie Cullinane regarding financial support for textbooks.
There is no supply list in the Upper School. Please note that some teachers might suggest certain things for their classes during the first few days of school, but generally, students may bring their own items that they find are the best tools for their own approach to note-taking, studying and organization.
Computer Ordering information is available here.
Please click here to check all your summer assignments.
