Sacred Heart Greenwich Partnership with Impact FFC
Student Filmmakers Shine a Light on Local Nonprofits
Sacred Heart Greenwich students in the Advanced Real-World Filmmaking course have dedicated their time, creativity, and technical skills to bringing powerful nonprofit stories to life. Partnering with Impact FFC, these young filmmakers worked closely with 17 nonprofit organizations that have received grants over the past decade, capturing their missions, challenges, and impact through compelling video documentaries. From conducting in-depth interviews to filming on-site and editing meaningful narratives, the students have worked tirelessly to amplify the voices of those tackling homelessness, food insecurity, education gaps, healthcare needs, and social equity. Their work not only showcases the transformative efforts of these nonprofits but also raises awareness, inspires action, and highlights the power of storytelling in driving positive change in Fairfield County.
Watch Now! Mrs. Arakal, an Impact FFC Board Member, and Natasha '25 share the significance of the partnership between Sacred Heart Greenwich and Impact FFC.
