Amy Schatz is an award-winning director and producer of children’s shows and documentaries. Ms. Schatz’s most recent film is "Stand Up & Shout: Songs From a Philly High School," streaming on HBO. This documentary features teens writing songs that capture the hard times they’re living in and the joy that music brings. Her work explores some of life’s big subjects with young people - from the Holocaust, climate change, and September 11, to music, poetry, and love. Ms. Schatz's work has earned multiple Emmy, Directors Guild of America, and Peabody Awards.
Yvette Miley is the Executive Vice President of NBCU News Group. Ms. Miley has worked for NBCUniversal for 33 years, previously serving as Vice President & News Director at NBC stations in Miami and Birmingham. She founded the NBCU Academy in 2021, an award-winning initiative that provides free content for skills development. Ms. Miley has received numerous prestigious awards, including five Emmys, ten Edward R. Murrow Awards, and the National Association of Black Journalists' Chuck Stone Lifetime Achievement Award.
Shelby Holland ’14 is a producer, strategist, and podcaster with expertise in relationship management, strategic analysis, and storytelling. Ms. Holland graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Liberal Arts, focusing on History and Film. She began her career at Morgan Stanley before transitioning to Netflix as a Content Strategy and Analysis Associate. Ms. Holland later launched the podcast Sisters Who Watch, worked on press coverage for the 40th Sundance Film Festival, and supported membership efforts at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. She currently is driving sponsorship at NICE CROWD, freelance producing short films, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be on set whether that is as a Production Assistant or Background Actor. Ms. Holland is following her dream to bring artists’ visions to life.
