At the cornerstone of a Sacred Heart Greenwich education are the values of Faith, Leadership, and Service—guiding every decision and action within our community. These core principles are embedded in everything our students do, from their studies in theology to their participation in retreats and school-wide service initiatives.

But our commitment to these values extends beyond individual growth; they foster cross-cultural understanding, authentic leadership, and a deep sense of purpose. As we continue to expand opportunities for our students, including internships, mentorship programs, and immersive service trips both locally and internationally, we ensure that our young leaders are prepared to serve and make a meaningful impact in the world.

One of these initiatives we plan to launch in the fall of 2026 is a financial leadership program, adding to the diverse range of ways our students can grow and excel.

As we continue to guide and nurture our students in their pursuit of personal growth, we are equally committed to ensuring that each student's unique learning journey is supported. Student success at Sacred Heart Greenwich means providing the right resources for personalized, differentiated learning. From our math and writing support centers to the addition of new electives like AP Macroeconomics and Linear Algebra, we are continuously innovating our academic offerings to meet the needs of every student. New student success centers allow for even greater collaboration between students and educators, and ensure that each young woman has the tools she needs to thrive and reach her fullest potential.

Building on the foundation of leadership and success, empowering women in STEM remains a top priority at Sacred Heart Greenwich. Through cutting-edge programs and expert faculty, we are equipping our students with the skills and knowledge needed to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Whether it’s studying aquatic life in our Lower Campus pond or collaborating with university-level researchers, we are constantly finding new ways for our girls to dive deeper into scientific exploration. But our investment in STEM goes beyond lab equipment; we are creating spaces like maker labs to foster creativity, problem-solving, and student agency, allowing our students to lead the way in emerging scientific trends. With these efforts, we are preparing the next generation of visionary, impactful scientists who will transform their fields.

Creativity and communication are just as vital to our mission, which is why we are equally dedicated to enhancing our arts and media programs. By revitalizing performing arts spaces and reimagining visual arts galleries, we provide students with the resources and environments to express themselves and develop their craft. Expanding our dance offerings and partnering with esteemed institutions like the Hoff Barthelson Music School will allow students to explore new creative avenues and access top-tier instruction. Furthermore, our commitment to an award-winning Media Studies program ensures that our students continue to develop their skills, preparing them for success in both their academic and professional futures.

Just as we are committed to academic excellence and artistic growth, we also understand the importance of our physical environment in shaping the Sacred Heart Greenwich experience. We are fortunate to have a beautiful 110-acre campus that serves as the backdrop for all of our students' development. To maximize the benefits of this expansive space, we are continually renewing and revitalizing it. This includes transforming our Lower Campus, adding an outdoor classroom, nine new tennis courts, and a putting and chipping green. Looking ahead, we are excited to reimagine iconic spaces like Salisbury Hall to ensure our Campus meets the evolving needs of future generations.

Of course, none of this is possible without a strong foundation, which is why endowment growth is a critical priority for us.

By bolstering our endowment, we can continue to offer exceptional educational opportunities, attract more top-tier educators and broaden our financial aid and scholarship offerings. Expanding financial access will allow us to invite more families into our Sacred Heart community, advancing our mission to build community as a Christian value while also enriching the learning experience for all of our students.
