Sacred Heart Greenwich is excited to share highlights from our Varsity Lacrosse and Varsity Basketball Teams! 

Sacred Heart Greenwich Varsity Lacrosse Team Ranked #5 Nationally

This week, USA Lacrosse Magazine featured the Sacred Heart Greenwich Varsity Lacrosse team, now ranked #5 nationally among high school girls' teams with a perfect 6–0 record.

This national recognition reflects the team's unwavering commitment to excellence since preseason began on February 25. Through daily practices, film study, and a focus on building a strong team culture, the players and coaches have shown exceptional dedication.

Key wins over top programs like IMG, Nobles, and Penn Charter highlight the team's competitive strength. We look forward to seeing their continued growth and impressive team play as the season progresses.

Sacred Heart Greenwich Varsity Basketball Team: FAA Champions & NEPSAC Class A Runner-Up

The Varsity Basketball team capped an outstanding season as FAA Regular Season and Tournament Champions, finishing with a 22–5 overall record and earning NEPSAC Class A Runner-Up honors.

Led by strong coaching and senior leadership, the team showed remarkable growth, playing an up-tempo, unselfish style of basketball. With contributions from every player and different standouts each game, their success was a true team effort.

Another major milestone was also celebrated this season: Head Coach Ayo Hart, who has led the program with dedication since 2017, earned her 100th career win at Sacred Heart Greenwich!
