Last weekend, a group of Upper School Students participated in the Sacred Heart University Science Olympiad Invitational. Competing against 24 other High Schools in their division Daphne Hartch '23, Kristin Morrow '23, Katrina Cheng-Slater '23, Gabrielle Wheeler '23, Fiona Powers '22 and Angélique Wheeler '22 represented team Sacred Heart Greenwich. Congratulations to Angélique Wheeler '22 who brought home a Gold Medal in the Epidemiology/Disease Detective Category! Next week, the team heads to Princeton University for another exciting competition.

Perspectives, the Upper School literature and art magazine, has been named a Gold Medalist by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) for the 2018-2019 issue.
Sacred Heart Greenwich alumna Roxanne Kassapidis ‘19 visited the Real World Filmmaking class on January 24, 2020. Majoring in Film & TV at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts (NYU), she spoke to the Upper School students about how her academic courses helped her become a more successful and tenacious filmmaker.
Sacred Heart Greenwich produced a winning performance at the inaugural U.S. Interscholastic Team Squash Championships on Saturday.
Victorious in all three of its matches, Sacred Heart’s varsity B team won the tournament, which was coordinated by US Squash and held in Providence, Rhode Island.

Fifty science research students from Sacred Heart Greenwich competed against 18 other high schools in the CT STEM Fair at Joel Barlow High School, contributing 35 of the 254 projects presented and on display. Upper School students took home eight major awards on the day.
