Sacred Heart Filmmakers Win Six of Eight National Columbia Gold Circle Awards

 

The Columbia Scholastic Press Association announces the winners from its 40th Gold Circle Awards program. This competition received 4,051 entrants in the yearbook and digital media categories.

Six of the eight national winners in the PSA and documentary categories are from Sacred Heart Greenwich's Media Studies program.

Digital Media Video Documentary 

2nd place, Nadia Borja and Jacqueline Franco, “Happy Here"

Entries were accepted from student yearbooks and digital media publications published from October 13, 2021 through October 10, 2022.

In summary, judges cited a total of 583 winners for yearbook and digital media for either First, Second or Third Place or for Certificates of Merit (honorable mention) in a category.
