Carmen Hughes P’27, ’31 - Co-Chair: Carmen E. Hughes is the Founder and CEO of Edelweise LLC, a career coaching and corporate diversity consulting firm that enables clients to realize their potential and achieve success beyond what they thought possible.

She is also a member of the Stamford Council for the United Way of Western Connecticut.
