COVID-19 & Sacred Heart Greenwich

The School will continue to update this page and communicate with families over email as more decisions are made over March Break regarding distance-learning, schedules, events, etc. Students and families with questions about COVID-19 at Sacred Heart Greenwich should reach out to the administrative team by emailing covid@cshct.org.

In line with the latest CDC recommendations, guidance from CT, NY and national governing bodies and in consultation with our peer institutions, Sacred Heart will remain closed through the end of the academic yearStudents and faculty will continue to engage in our distance-learning platform, and staff will--as their job requirements allow--continue to work remotely.

To help our families continue to make smart decisions about community spread, social distancing and quarantine, we started an internal database of COVID-19 impact in our community. If you, your daughter or a member of your family meets any of the form criteria, please complete the form in full to keep the school updated. Form data will be used by the Sacred Heart administrative team and kept confidential.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

All community events (athletics, Parents’ Association, Alumnae Association, etc.) through the end of the academic year are canceled. We will keep the community informed regarding events in late May and June. The end of the year brings with it so many time-honored Sacred Heart traditions—from Prize Days to Commencement—and we understand that changes to these events will significantly impact our community, especially the Class of 2020. As such, we will be evaluating these events on a case by case basis moving forward.
